Challenging the honesty of this court’s procedures:
British Royal Courts of Justice Chambers Division London:
To Master Teveson, and the Court Manager:
Date: August 14, 2017:
This claim is about, or should be about a living person’s daily life:
Where does this court stand on “Human Rights?” A timely written response is requested
by the claimant within the next 14 days.
Please reply using first class post and recorded delivery to the claimant: Stated by yourselves to be “Litigant in Person”.
Mrs J, Margaret Clarke 28 Feilden Court Kingsclere Ns Newbury Berkshire RG20 5PG:
Key evidence contained in both these defence documents still stand. Master Teveson will have them on his file, just as I have both on my file.  These are the two defence documents that should have been properly accounted for by Master Teveson and myself, which we together should have been given the time to go through at the next hearing in these proceedings. Until these two documents are allowed to be included and worked through properly in my claim. I am being denied true justice.

The corrupt colluded working practices of the three male defendants, who it is estimated have been working as professional business men as now same, since 1965: Over the last 52 years: How many other people have they been ripped off same in the Chichester and London area over the last 52 years?  At least 50 family members related within the Goodger - McDowall families are known to be shocked- amazed- that the like of this is allowed to be going on. What can any of the family victims expect to get back from financial fraud the like of this? A lethal self-regulated justice system.  Does Master Teveson make a habit of getting all defendants to do all his work for him as is the case here? Claimant

FIRST HEARING: THE DEFENDANTS TWO DOCUMENTS DATED OCTOBER 20, 2010:
THE TWO FAKE DEFENDANTS DOCUMENT:

This all started in the 1950’s when the mothers’ divorce proceedings got underway.
What was the reason it took three years before the “First Court Hearing” took place on October 20, 2010?
December 14, 2007 –  October 20, 2010:
All defendants are “Bloodhorse Illiterate”.

Claim placed in this court on December 14, 2007 by Charles Hoile Newbury.

GOODWOOD RACECOURSE JUST SIX DAYS UNTIL 'THE DUEL ON THE DOWNS'

JUST SIX DAYS UNTIL “THE DUEL ON THE DOWNS”

MONTHS AND MONTHS OF WORK ACHIEVED BY EACH AND EVERY HANDLER RIDER BEHIND EACH AND EVERY RUNNER AT THIS MEETING, WIN LOOSE OR DRAW.
 BIG WINNERS, BRAVE LOOSERS.

- FRANKEL AND CANFORD CLIFFS FEATURE AMONG NINE CONFIRMATIONS FOR QIPCO SUSSEX STAKES
The “Duel on the Downs” sees the four-year-old Canford Cliffs, who captured the QIPCO Sussex Stakes in 2010, take on the three-year-old Frankel, who is unbeaten in seven starts.

- GRADE ONE-WINNING HURDLER SPIRIT OF ADJISA SET TO RUN IN LONGEST RACE AT GLORIOUS GOODWOOD

There are now just six days to go until one of the most eagerly-awaited races of recent years is staged, the £300,000 QIPCO Sussex Stakes. The Group One mile contest takes place at 3.05pm on Wednesday, July 27, day two of Glorious Goodwood.
The “Duel on the Downs” sees the four-year-old Canford Cliffs, who captured the QIPCO Sussex Stakes in 2010, take on the three-year-old Frankel, who is unbeaten in seven starts.
Canford Cliffs, who is trained by Richard Hannon, has been in imperious form this season with victories on his two starts in the Group One Lockinge Stakes at Newbury and the Group One Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot, with both of those triumphs coming over a mile. The Henry Cecil-trained Frankel was the joint top-rated juvenile of 2010 and is currently rated the joint-best horse in the world according to the World Thoroughbred Rankings following his latest two victories over a mile in the Group One QIPCO 2,000 Guineas at Newmarket and the Group One St James’s Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot. Canford Cliffs is the joint third-best horse in the world at the moment.
There are a total of nine confirmations at the six-day stage for the 2011 QIPCO Sussex Stakes. Godolphin could be represented by Rio De La Plata, a three-time Group One winner and successful on his only previous start at Goodwood when taking the 2007 Group Two Veuve Clicquot Vintage Stakes. The Maktoum family’s racing operation has also left in Delegator, winner of the Group Two Duke Of York Stakes at York in May, although connections have stated that he is more likely to start in Tuesday’s Group Two bet365 Lennox Stakes over seven furlongs. Neebras is a third possible starter for Godolphin and finished fourth behind Frankel in the St James’s Palace Stakes.
Richard Hannon could be doubly represented as he has left in Dick Turpin, successful in the Group One Prix Jean Prat at Chantilly last year and a winner on his latest start in the Group Two Summer Mile at Ascot on July 9.
Aidan O’Brien has won two of the last three runnings of the QIPCO Sussex Stakes and Zoffany is his possible representative this time around. Zoffany, a Group One-winning two-year-old in 2010, got to within three-quarters of a length of Frankel when a fast-finishing second in the St James’s Palace Stakes at Royal Ascot and was subsequently the head runner-up in the Group One Prix Jean Prat at Chantilly on July 3.
The last French horse to capture the QIPCO Sussex Stakes was Bigstone in 1993 and the possible French representative in 2011 is Rajsaman. Trained by Freddy Head, he finished a close third behind his illustrious stable companion Goldikova in the Group One Prix D’Ispahan at Longchamp on May 22 and had previously landed the Group Two Prix Du Muguet at Saint-Cloud on May 1.
Completing the possbile line-up is Red Jazz, although assistant trainer Charlie Hills stated today that he is much more likely to start in Tuesday’s Group Two bet365 Lennox Stakes.
Wednesday’s card gets underway with the £30,000 Goodwood Handicap (2.00pm) and the marathon two mile, five furlong contest (the longest race run over the five days of Glorious Goodwood) could feature a Grade One-winning hurdler in the shape of Spirit Of Adjisa.
The seven-year-old, one of 37 entries, has enjoyed a meteoric rise under trainer Tim Vaughan’s guidance and ended a superb first jumping campaign for the Glamorgan handler by taking the Grade One Champion Novice Hurdle at the Punchestown Festival in May.
Vaughan revealed today: “Spirit Of Adjisa definitely heads to Goodwood. We were planning to send him to Royal Ascot but he had a little setback after Punchestown, which we have put right now.
“He definitely deserves another crack on the Flat after improving so much over hurdles and he looks well handicapped at the moment. The one question mark we have is over the trip but everything that he has done over hurdles suggests that he will get the two miles and five furlongs.
“He hasn’t had much racing over the past year because we turned him out after he won at Bangor last June with the aim of getting one run into him before the big spring festivals, but a little niggle meant we had to wait until Punchestown.
“I spoke to the jockeys’ agent Tony Hind and he said that he would get Ryan Moore or Richard Hughes and it looks like Ryan will probably be on board.
“Goodwood is a lovely venue and a lovely day out for the owners and it’s certainly a bit different to have a horse going straight from Punchestown to Goodwood.”
Wednesday, July 27, also features the £60,000 Group Two Veuve Clicquot Vintage Stakes (2.35pm), run over seven furlongs for two-year-olds and often an indicative pointer to the future with subsequent Classic winners Shamardal and Sir Percy featuring on the roll of honour in recent seasons. This race has reopened for entries until 11.00am tomorrow.
.
The richest handicap of the day is the £40,000 UBS Handicap (3.45pm), over a mile and a half for three-year-olds, which has attracted 26 entries, while the remaining races on the card are the Markel International Fillies’ Maiden Stakes (4.20pm, 20 entries), the Harwoods E.B.F. 'Hellvelyn' Classified Stakes (0-95) (4.55pm, 26 entries) and the concluding E.B.F. Nayef Fillies' And Mares' Handicap (5.30pm, 34 entries).
GOING
The going at Goodwood remains Good to Soft, Good in places.
Seamus Buckley, Clerk of the Course at Goodwood, reported today: “The last 24 hours have been dry and the going at Goodwood remains good to soft, good in places.
“I have been out on the course this afternoon and am delighted with its current condition.
“We are drying out but the course has retained plenty of moisture and I would anticipate that we will be starting Glorious Goodwood on goodish ground next Tuesday. We are certainly heading in the right direction.
“There is still the chance of showers, but that will lessen after tomorrow and we should see warmer and drier conditions at the weekend.”
Glorious Goodwood happens over five days, from Tuesday, July 26 to Saturday, July 30 inclusive.

FLAT RACING LEGEND HENRY CECIL TO BE GUEST OF HONOUR AT THE CHELTENHAM FESTIVAL 2011

St Patrick’s Day Derby in aid of Cancer Research UK to be run at The Festival

Cheltenham Racecourse today announced that multiple Derby-winning trainer Henry Cecil will be the Guest of Honour for the first ever St Patrick’s Day Derby at Cheltenham on Thursday, March 17, 2011. The one mile, five furlong charity flat race, run as the seventh race that day, will raise money for Cancer Research UK, this season’s chosen Festival charity.

Commenting upon his involvement, Cecil said: “I was delighted and honoured to be invited by Cheltenham to get involved in the St Patrick’s Day Derby. I’ve always admired the wonderful sport at The Festival from afar, but this will be my first ever visit to the meeting and I am looking forward to sampling the atmosphere at first hand.

“Cancer is an illness that touches most families at some point and my family is no different, so it will be marvellous to be able to play a small part in helping to raise as much money as possible for Cancer Research UK, a charity which does so much to help the fight against this disease.”

This will be the last time for several years that St Patrick’s Day is on a Festival raceday and the occasion will be marked by a series of events and displays with a uniquely Irish feel. The Cheltenham team is hoping that the special charity race and the presence of Henry Cecil will add further interest to what is already a spectacular day of high-class Jump racing.

The Racecourse’s Managing Director, Edward Gillespie, said: “Henry Cecil’s achievements are the stuff of legend, but what is equally remarkable is his universal popularity amongst the racing fraternity, from racegoers, betting shop punters and casual racing fans to fellow trainers and the sport’s professionals across the globe.

“It is a privilege for us to be welcoming him to The Festival for a Derby of a slightly different nature, especially one that is being run in aid of such a good cause. We hope that Henry’s involvement might even attract entries from Derby-winning trainers!”

Jools Tait, Director of Partnerships of Cancer Research UK, added: “We are thrilled to be involved in this exciting addition to The Festival 2011.

“Last year’s charity race on Ladies Day helped us to raise over £150,000 at Cheltenham and, with the generous support of Henry Cecil, we are hoping to exceed that figure this year.”

Applications are now being invited for the charity race, with a maximum field of 12 runners, open to any amateur riders, licensed or not. Each rider is required to raise a minimum of £5,000 in sponsorship and participants have to provide their own mount, which must have run at least twice under the recognised Rules of Racing. Applications close on December 31, 2010.

For further information about the charity race, or to receive an application form, please contact Sarah Oliver on 01886 884488 or via sph.oliver@btinternet.com

For more information about Cancer Research UK, please contact Davina Yanful on 020 3469 5255 or via davina.yanful@cancer.org.uk

BOB CHAMPION ANNOUNCES THE AINTREE LEGENDS CHARITY RACE TO BE RUN ON SATURDAY APRIL 9 JOHN SMITH'S GRAND NATIONAL DAY 2011

 ALDANITI AND BOB CHAMPION

BOB CHAMPION ANNOUNCES THE AINTREE LEGENDS CHARITY RACE, SUPPORTED BY JOHN SMITH’S, TO BE RUN ON JOHN SMITH’S GRAND NATIONAL DAY 2011

In 1981, in the year that Charles married Diana, Shergar won the Derby and Bucks Fizz won the Eurovision Song Contest, Bob Champion (recovering from testicular cancer) and Aldaniti (recovering from a serious leg injury) created a real life fairy story by winning the Grand National.

30 years later – and a few weeks before William marries Kate – Bob Champion will ride on that hallowed Aintree turf once again, on John Smith’s Grand National Day 2011, in a special Bob Champion Aintree Legends Charity race, supported by John Smith’s.

The race will be run on the flat as the first race on the John Smith’s Grand National card on Sat: April 9.

Bob will be joined by a number of retired Grand National winning jockeys as well as some other legends of the weighing room. The line-up already includes the likes of Graham Thorner (1972, Well To Do), Ben De Haan (1983, Corbiere), Hywel Davies (1985, Last Suspect, Brendan Powell (1988, Rhyme ‘N’ Reason), Jimmy Frost (1989, Little Polveir), Marcus Armytage (1990, Mr Frisk), Carl Llewellyn (1992, Party Politics & 1998, Earth Summit), Tony Dobbin (1997, Lord Gyllene), Jim Cullotty (2002, Bindaree) and Peter Scudamore (eight-time champion jockey although he never won the National) and Charlie Swan (10-time Irish champion jockey).

The race will be run in aid of the Bob Champion Cancer Trust, which was founded in 1983 and which has so far raised £12 million – that’s approximately £400,000 for every fence of the National that Bob and Aldaniti jumped!

Bob Champion said: “The 1981 Grand National was a remarkable day, not just for me, but all of those around the world who gained hope from my victory in their personal battles against cancer. 30 years on and with the money this race raises, I want to continue to reduce the odds against cancer. I would also like to publicly thank Aintree and John Smith’s in advance as without their enthusiasm and support, this exciting race would not be possible.”

John Smith’s and Aintree launched the John Smith’s Grand National Legends in 2010, an initiative that celebrates the greats of Grand National history. Eight Racing greats were inducted last year after a public vote and the 2011 shortlist will be announced in the New Year.

Mark Given, Brands Director at Heineken UK, brand owner of John Smith's, added: “We are very pleased to support the Bob Champion Cancer Trust and I'm sure the Aintree Legends Race will make an excellent contribution to the John Smith's Grand National day card. The race has already attracted a fascinating line-up of jockeys and the spirit of the event ties in well with the John Smith's Grand National Legends campaign launched last year. ”

Julian Thick, Managing Director of Aintree, agreed: “We are absolutely delighted to host this exciting event on racing's biggest day. Bob's story is inextricably linked to the Grand National and we are honoured to be able to help his fantastic fundraising with what should be an interesting race on John Smith's Grand National Day.”

Bob Champion and the Bob Champion Cancer Trust

Champions, the 1984 film starring John Hurt was a box office hit – and a special Bob Champion Aldaniti pack will be produced to commemorate the 30 year anniversary.

Aldaniti lived to the grand old age of 27, eventually passing away in 1997 at home in his field where he is now buried.

The Bob Champion Cancer Trust has raised £12 million since it was founded in 1983.
The Trust was initially set up to research testicular cancer and has now evolved into prostate cancer, a disease that is expected to overtake both lung and breast cancer as the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK by 2018.

Its success lies in the research field and owes much to its rapid assessment for funding i.e. the Trust can react quickly to a request not wasting valuable time and therefore making a difference by early investigation of potential advances.

JOHN SMITH’S, the UK’s No 1 ale was installed as the Grand National favourite in 2005 after saddling up to sponsor the world’s most famous horse race in the first of three three-year agreements between brand owners Heineken UK and Aintree Racecourse.
